It’s been some time since my last Update. I worked through the MgT2E Companion and added the parts I liked.
This new version of the Utilities contains the
– POINT-BUY CREATION
– ALLIES, CONTACTS, RIVALS AND ENEMIES
– HIT LOCATIONS
In addition I added as much information as available. Each skill gets a detailed examination with percentages and effects. After all its in a text document so you can easily delete what you do not like.
I skipped the screen output completely, the app will automatically create a document on your HD and restart.
I also changed the output. There are now three identical tables for characters and animals, characteristics, hit points and hit location.
And I added Aslan, Darrians and Vargr to the character generation.

The newest feature is Marine character generation, based on CT Book 4. Get your MCUF, MCG or even SEH or die in Character generation and get a T-Shirt.
Right now I have only covered the Marine career path, the other will come soon.

As a Halloween addon, I added a “Monstermaker” Subroutine, where you can customize a monster with 4 keystrokes, to terrorize your players.
I combined my three APPs, Fast character generation, Skill Explanator and Animals into one APP.
You can save finished characters in 20+1 slots, by simply overwriting the content. I did “preload” them with the Heroes and Villains from 1001 characters and some NPCs from FASAs Skyraider campaign.
These slots are all according the the following scheme:

CT stands for the rules you are using. Choosing CT,1 will build characters according to the classic rules, CT,0 will use MgT / Cepheus rules, with added characteristics boni and mali.
M is Male, for female characters choose F
END,0 has to be the last entry, for the APP to finish reading the file.
I also added two converters one for GURPS (4th), one for RUNEQUEST (6ed). They will convert any Traveller character. You can preview them on screen and they will automatically be added to the DOC if press P.

First is the roll to achieve Marginal success, the modified 8+, then the difficulty plus all modis, followed by Critical Failure (in this case impossible, therefore omitted), Marginal Failure, Marginal success, Average success and Exceptional success followed by the duration.
